    It’s finally 2023. A new year brings hope of better days with several festivities and holidays to observe with friends and family.

    Though we don’t need a reminder for when St. Patrick’s Day or Christmas Day falls, there are some religious holidays that depend on the lunar calendar and thus their dates keep changing every year.

    Here is a list of the significant days observed by some of the most common religions in the world. (Note: Jewish and Islamic holidays traditionally begin at sunset on the previous evening. Islamic holiday dates sometimes change depending on moon sightings)
