Prepare for a marathon of football — and some seriously unhealthy sleeping patterns — when the 2022 World Cup begins on November 21.

The Qatari timezone (Arabia Standard Time — AST) isn’t exactly kind to Australian viewers, although it could be worse when it comes to Socceroos matches. Australia’s opener vs France will be held at 6am AEDT and their second match, against Tunisia, at a blockbuster time of 9pm AEDT on a Saturday night.

To help you plan for the tournament, and save you the hassle of converting times, here is the full World Cup schedule with AEDT kick-off times.
