Winder was one of over 100 AFL and AFLW players from Aboriginal, Torres Strait Island and Multicultural backgrounds to attend the summit which took place late last week.
Days prior he was re-drafted as a rookie by the club, having been delisted a month earlier.
Winder was the No.57 pick in the 2020 national draft and played seven games across his first two AFL seasons, including six in 2022.
