Gina Rodriguez is expecting her first baby with her husband Joe LoCicero.
The “Jane the Virgin” star announced her pregnancy via Instagram Saturday, which was also her 38th birthday.
Rodriguez shared a montage of throwback photos and videos, with one snap showing her holding a positive pregnancy test as her 35-year-old husband smiles wide.
“This birthday hits different,” she wrote in the caption.
Several celebrity pals and fans congratulated the couple on their pregnancy news in the comments section.
“Loving you big time Mama,” Nikki Reed commented, along with with a red heart emoji, while Rodriguez’s “Someone Great” co-star Brittany Snow wrote, “Yaaaaaay my love!! So much love for you THREE.”
“My heart is bursting for you two,” her “Jane the Virgin” onscreen dad Jaime Camil commented. “Congratulations,” Viola Davis wrote.
“Happy birthday and congrats, sweet woman,” commented “One Day at a Time” star Isabella Gomez. “This is exactly the type of happiness I saw for you! Te adoro hermana!!!!! Congratulations to you both,” “Orange Is the New Black” star Selenis Leyva added.
Rodriguez and LoCicero met on the set of “Jane the Virgin” in 2016 when the latter guest-starred on the CW show. They confirmed their engagement two years later and were married in 2019.
After their May 2019 nuptials, the actress shared a wedding video via Instagram showing her groom crying while waiting for her at the altar. The footage also showed the newlyweds dancing, hugging, twirling and kissing.
“With that one kiss we got 100 new family members,” Rodriguez wrote in the caption.
“My 9-year-old niece, Mia. Thank you to my mother-in-law for the wedding of my dreams. And the village that helped her!” she added. “Special thank you to our soul brother Justin Baldoni and to my new brother Michael @mikelosaurusrex for singing me down the aisle. Mike, you have the voice of an angel.”
Rodriguez also thanked several people involved in their wedding ceremony, including videographers, photographers, their wedding planner and some suppliers. She concluded the caption with a special message for LoCicero.
“To my husband Joseph, I am yours forever,” she wrote.
