Paras Mhambrey was seen in pre match press conference and was asked about Jasprit Bumrah. “Bumrah is a unique bowler. Let’s accept the fact that the kind of skills he brings is very difficult to replicate. Steep Road Ahead for New Zealand
Skipper Tom Latham would be hoping that the leg spinner Ish Sodhi is fit and available for selection as he had a niggle which ruled him out of 1st ODI. It won’t be a surprise if the pitch at Raipur is a batting track which makes the contest exciting.
India should think of using Shardul Thakur as a floater as he has the knack of playing a breezy cameo. It would be interesting to see whether the management drops Washington Sundar and brings back the star leg spinner Yuzvendra Chahal into the setup.
