Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson are doing their best to make their relationship work by making time for each other, according to a report.
The couple is reportedly taking their relationship seriously amid the “Saturday Night Live” alum’s comments that he wants to have kids someday, and among the things they make sure to give each other is their time.
“They both have busy schedules at the moment, but are still making time to be together,” an anonymous source told Us Weekly. “They’re very much enjoying spending time together.”
Kardashian, 41, and Davidson, 28, make an extra effort to travel to see each other, according to the insider.
The mom of four has been traveling to New York City, where her boyfriend lives, and the comedian has been photographed in Los Angeles, where she and her kids are based. Earlier this month, the Skims founder also traveled to Australia, where Davidson is shooting a project.
“It’s quite romantic,” the source added.
The update on Kardashian and Davidson’s relationship came after the “King of Staten Island” star confessed that he wants to be a father in the future.
“[I’m] definitely a family guy. My favorite thing ever, which I have yet to achieve, I wanna have a kid. That’s like my dream,” he said when he appeared on Peacock’s “Hart to Heart” earlier this month. “It’s like, super corny, [but] it would be so fun. Dress up the little dude. It’s just like, I’m so excited for that chapter. … That’s kind of what I’m just preparing for now, is just trying to be as good as a dude, develop and get better, so when that happens, it’s just easier.”
The source also told Us Weekly that Kardashian is open to having kids with Davidson, whom the insider believes “would make a great dad.”
“He’s goofy and fun to be around. He wants to be a big role model for his kid/kids — something he missed out on sadly after his father passed away when he was younger,” the source added. “He has a really good heart and comes from a good place. He can’t wait to be a dad.”
Kardashian shares four kids with ex-husband Kanye West — North, 9, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 3.
The beauty mogul reportedly “loves how great Pete is with kids,” another source previously told Us Weekly, adding that the couple is “very in sync” and that their relationship is “easy.”
In March, the comedian’s mother, Amy, expressed support for the idea of him having kids with Kardashian one day, Page Six reported.
“She will be pregnant with his child by the end of the year,” a fan commented on an Instagram photo of the couple kissing in a car, making sure to tag Amy’s account.
Davidson’s mom responded to the comment with enthusiasm, writing, “yayyyy!”
