In 2020, Phoenix won Best Actor for the first Joker film.
The news of Lady Gaga appearing in the next Joker installment comes after a report Wednesday that police re-arrested James Howard Jackson, 19, the alleged gunman wanted in connection with the shooting of Lady Gaga’s dog walker.
