Lisa Rinna has shared proof that she reached out to Denise Richards to apologize after their public falling-out.
The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star, 58, posted on her Instagram Stories Thursday a screenshot of her message to Richards after Rinna’s claim that she texted her former Bravo co-star an apology was brought into question on the series.
“Denise, I’m deeply sorry for the way I treated you on and around the show. I hope you are doing well, and I wish you and your family nothing but the very best,” Rinna wrote to her former friend in the screenshotted text message dated Oct. 2, 2021, according to Page Six.
Based on the screenshot, Richards responded two days later. “Thank you so much for your text. It means alot [sic]. I hope you and your family is [sic] good,” read the purported message from the “RHOBH” alum sent on Oct. 4, 2021.
In a separate post on her Instagram Stories, the “Days of Our Lives” star explained that she didn’t want to share the texts while filming “because I thought it was private,” but after seeing the episode, she decided it was important to “set the record straight.”
During Wednesday’s episode, Rinna shared that she reached out to Richards, 51, after their falling-out on “RHOBH” Season 10. The feud started after she pressed Richards over an alleged affair with Brandi Glanville. The “Wild Things” actress has vehemently denied the allegations, although Glanville has maintained that the incident did occur.
“I thought my friend would have told me the truth,” Rinna previously said on the Bravo reality series of Richards’ denial of the hookup allegations. “There’s sadness in that, because then I go, ‘Well, what else has Denise lied to me about over the years?’ It feels like Denise has weaponized our friendship and used everything she can to make me feel guilty. ‘Lisa, you know better. You know what my poor kids have been through.'”
In the most recent “RHOBH” Season 12 episode, Rinna told her co-stars that she has apologized to the “Drop Dead Gorgeous” actress.
Co-star Garcelle Beauvais reached out to Richards and asked her whether Rinna was telling the truth. However, Richards replied, “When?” seemingly suggesting that she didn’t receive a text from Rinna.
Richards did not respond to requests for comment from Page Six and has not addressed Rinna’s post on social media.
The actress made her debut on NSFW site OnlyFans Thursday. The decision comes after Richards’ 18-year-old daughter Sami, whom she shares with ex-husband Charlie Sheen, joined the platform.
