Images have emerged of former Brisbane Lions player Mitch Robinson posing alongside a rapper accused of attempted murder.
Robinson, who retired from the AFL in September, met the US rapper Blueface during an overseas trip with former teammates.
“I booked a last minute trip to the states, I somehow got the green light off the missus to go over just after the Lions Best and Fairest,” Robinson said in a YouTube clip on his personal channel.

“I hopped on a long ass 13 hour flight to LA by myself to catch the lads for a few nights, watched some Basketball then ended up at Las Vegas.”
TMZ reported this week Blueface had been arrested in Las Vegas relating to an alleged incident on October 8.
He was charged with one count of felony attempted murder with the use of a deadly firearm or tear gas and an additional charge of discharging a gun into a house, building, vehicle or craft.
Last month, the 25-year-old was accused of domestic violence by his girlfriend.
Robinson joined the Lions in 2014 after being delisted by Carlton and would go on to play 147 senior games for the club.
He was told at the end of this season he would not be receiving a new contract, which led to a shot across the bow for coach Chris Fagan.
“Devastated that Fages wouldn’t allow me to announce this in person to the supporters and my teammates, but I guess that’s footy,” he said on social media.
