Apparently, Akatsuki is obsessed with Yume and she thinks if she marries Mizuto, she will become Yume’s sister and will be closer to her.

In the previous episode, while Yume and Mizuto were dating each other, Yume used to keep every item he gave her.
In the present day, Yume found out that she had one of Mizuto’s underwear. She decided to sneak into his room and return it. However, when she slipped into his room, she found Mizuto with her bra.

The anime, which is titled “Mamahaha no Tsurego ga Moto Kano Datta” in Japanese, is based on a light novel series written by Kyousuke Kamishiro and illustrated by Takayaki. The series is directed by Shinsuke Yanagi and the series composition is by Deko Akao.
“My Stepmom’s Daughter Is My Ex” Episode 4 is airing this Wednesday. Fans in the U.S. can watch the episode online on Crunchyroll. The installment will live stream in Japanese with English subtitles.
