As many as six people have been shot at Atlantic Station in Midtown this evening, according to police and social media reports.
17th Street is currently closed through the busy commercial center as police investigate.
The Citizen app reports one fatality and one of three suspects is in custody, although this has not been confirmed by police.
The shootings were reported around 8 p.m. during the height of evening holiday events and shopping at Atlantic Station.
